Programmes


Having an organised programme is especially useful for people with a busy lifestyle as it can help to reduce the stress of session planning and completion. It is a very flexible service and clients can do their training and communicate with me when it is convenient for them.

From your answers to my questionnaire I can write an individualised 4 week training programme to suit all your requirements and goals.

Depending on your specific programme I would recommend an update every 4-6 weeks to increase your training load progressively and ensure positive physiological adaptations are taking place and to help decrease the chance of training boredom.

For example, if you have an important football match or run coming up I can taper your programme so that you are trained to your peak and are also well rested before the event.

If you are training for a specific endurance event such as a triathlon or for a special day, then try one of my programmes in order to maximise your time and training benefits and reduce your chances of injury. It will also ensure that you look your best if that is an important requirement.
