Get Fit Boot Camp


Boot Camps are fun 45 minute group circuit training sessions that work the whole body. They can take place indoors or outdoors in Guildford, Woking, Godalming, Byfleet, Cobham, Oxshott and local surrounding areas.

The great thing about boot camp is that everyone works to their own fitness levels. They cover all ages and abilities and the group environment makes it more fun and enjoyable than exercising on your own.

Boot Camps are available for women only, men only and also mixed classes depending on the current demand. I can run them at any time between 6.30am to 8.45pm, seven days a week.

Boot camps are great for fat loss, weight loss and body toning. Maximum Results in Minimum Time!

Guildford Boot Camp - Sutherland Memorial Park, Burpham, Guildford
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30am, 9.30am, 6.30pm and 7.30pm
Saturdays at 8.40am

Esher Boot Camp - Claygate Recreation Ground, Claygate
Mondays and Wednesdays at 9.45am

Walton-On-Thames Boot Camp - Coronation Recreation Ground, Hersham
Saturdays at 10am

Weybridge Cricket Ground, Weybridge
Wednesdays at 6pm
