"Rob was recommended to me through a friend who was an existing client (Aneurin Morgan). Having given up my gym membership two years ago because of work commitments I was restricted to the occasional run to try and keep fit. This was not ideal and I was keen to better balance my training and improve my overall body fitness and well being. The idea of spending time outdoors on a variety of activities appealed to me and we have been meeting up once a week to support my objectives.
Our sessions take place around the fields and paths where I live. A short warm up run is normally followed by various arm and leg exercises interspersed with boxing. Throwing punches whilst being held in the sit up position was just the type of variety I was looking for and keeps interest levels up high! After that it is normally back home for more exercise and kickboxing to finish me off.
Rob is an excellent instructor, companion and motivator during these sessions and I always feel great on their conclusion."
