"I found Rob's website through Google. His website was easy to navigate and informative. We have been training twice a week for 3 months at various locations around Guildford. Training at different locations makes the training sessions more dynamic and interesting, especially as I can find training boring.

We train at Sutherland Memorial Park and Stoke Park where we use the incline and decline slopes mostly for power exercises. We often use the football and hockey goals, outdoor exercise equipment, benches and bike racks for exercises.

At the Memorial Park the flat surface is good for sprinting technique, testing agility and measuring performance. We often use the bleep test within our sessions. Rob provides much diversity in his training by including various pieces of equipment such as medicines balls, cones, boxing / kickboxing equipment and weights. All of this equipment is typically used in each session making the session work beneficial to all areas of the body.

We now train once a week as I have been selected to join a rugby academy, which takes up a bit of my time with the training and matches. I started training with Rob to develop my sprinting technique along with my power exercises. So far the difference has been noticeable and Rob is very good at setting high expectations which push me further every time."
