Get Fit Boot Camp Members
Sarah "I joined Rob's early morning Burpham boot camp back in January (yes there was snow on the ground!). Before that I been doing some gym work for a few months in an effort to get fit having lost weight but my gym partner moved away and I found it difficult to motivate myself to exercise.
I started off doing just one session a week and have to admit that I was very nervous before the first session. The very phrase 'Boot Camp' bought visions of some Sergeant Major type shouting at me and me collapsing after about 10 mins. I was also worried that everyone else would be more fit than me. I couldn't have been more wrong, Rob doesn't shout but offers real encouragement and pushes where necessary. The exercises are very varied - no 2 boot camps are the same and there are options for all levels of fitness from those just starting out to those who are seriously fit.
The thing that has probably surprised me the most is how much I enjoy the sessions. There are a real mix of people at the sessions but everyone is there to improve their own fitness and there's usually some lively banter and a fair few laughs. I'm now a real convert to early morning boot camps and do 2 sessions a week now and my fitness levels have improved significantly and I'm having fun!"

We joined the Burpham boot camp and have found it great. Very welcoming and the group sessions cater to all fitness levels. Rob doesn't push you to the point of collapse/vomit as we had heard horror stories from others who had attended different exercise classes.
We really enjoy that you get a variety of exercise and we have also managed to convince our 15 year old daughter to come along on a fairly regular basis, and to her surprise it wasn't full of total hopeless cases! She also really enjoys the classes.
We both attend 2 sessions a week mixing the days and times to suit our schedule. We are really glad we have joined in and feel much better overall for it."
Stuart "I was prompted to attend the Burpham boot camp after some encouragement from my wife who has personal training sessions with Rob. Prior to attending boot camp I went to a work gym three times a week.
I attend two sessions a week, either before or after work on a Tuesday and also Saturday morning. I find boot camps far more enjoyable than pure gym sessions as there is greater social interaction with a great variety of exercises so boredom is never a problem.
I have also attended several of Rob's monthly half day boot camps which surprisingly pass really quickly and leave you feeling on a high."
Brigitte and Paul "We were both very half hearted exercisers before starting with Rob. We would occasionally go for a run or go to the gym but would always 'take it easy'.
Rob's circuit training sessions are the perfect compromise. The timings are flexible enough to fit them into our hectic schedules and Rob has a way of pushing you just a little further than you would go yourself without you noticing! It is also great to train outdoors in the fresh air.
We both feel much better in ourselves and it is nice to replace those middle age aches and pains with the odd sore muscle! We both attend 2 sessions a week at Burpham mixing the days and times to suit our schedule."
