Sanofi Aventis
After the previous personal trainer who used to do their gym inductions moved away Sanofi Aventis found me on google and we met to discuss their requirements and they showed me around their gym facilities.
Many of their employees are on contracts and for health and safety reasons they need to have a full gym induction from a qualified and insured personal trainer before they can use the gym facilities.
I go into their workplace one day a month for 6 hours. The employees put their names down for an hour time slot that suits them and there are normally 1-5 people to an induction group.
I have also designed a 4 day training programme (specific to their gym equipment) that the employees can follow and a record sheet so that they can monitor their progress.
