"I found Rob on www.vivastreet.co.uk, after searching for a trainer that would include kickboxing.
I have now been training with Rob for a while now. We started off with 2 sessions a week and now train once a week, starting off with a run and boxing in my local park and woods and I get to exercise my dog at the same time. Then its back home for some kickboxing exercises before moving onto some toning weights and finishing off with some abdominal and back work.
My main goal is to loose weight and build up my general health and fitness and to learn how to maintain it.
I really enjoy training with Rob, we have a fun yet challenging exercise routine that Rob changes every so often to keep me on my toes. As we progress and my physical needs change, Rob has developed my workout to push me harder to get the results I want."
